When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times depend on the delivery option you choose. Deliveries by regular mail in general take a few days within Belgium and up to 1 or 2 weeks within the EU. Delivery by DHL Express is within days worldwide.
What is the return policy?
If your purchase is not satisfactory or damaged upon delivery and you wish to return the goods, please read the "right of withdrawal" chapter in our Terms of sale.
